This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled in the event of damaged, missing, or delayed packages.

Same-Day Shipping

Biotech Peptide offers same-day shipping for eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and carrier service interruptions.

Orders placed after the same-day shipping cutoff may be processed on the next business day. Same-day shipping means the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier when possible; delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected, carrier availability, destination, and any delays outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders are reviewed, packed, and shipped with care to help maintain product integrity during transit.

Processing may be delayed if an order contains inaccurate shipping information, payment verification issues, inventory limitations, address concerns, or other factors that require customer confirmation.

To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate before completing checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping options may be shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing where applicable, and other events beyond our control.

Biotech Peptide will make reasonable efforts to ship orders quickly, but carrier delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier and applicable to the selected shipping service.

Shipping from the USA

Eligible orders may ship from the United States. We work to provide fast and secure shipping for research customers who need dependable access to laboratory-use products.

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact our support team so we can review the issue.

In the rare event that an order is lost by the carrier, Biotech Peptide may send a replacement order at no additional cost after reviewing the tracking status and confirming the issue. We may require a reasonable investigation period with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to check with your local carrier, building office, mailroom, neighbors, or delivery location before a claim can be reviewed.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged packaging, product condition, shipping label, and any related materials so we can properly review the claim.

If the damage occurred during shipping and the claim is approved, Biotech Peptide may send a replacement order free of charge.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please report damaged packages as soon as possible after delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Biotech Peptide is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment or suite numbers, invalid postal codes, unavailable recipients, or carrier delivery restrictions.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, Biotech Peptide does not accept returns.

Peptide products and related laboratory-use materials may be affected by improper handling, temperature changes, light exposure, sanitation concerns, tampering, or unknown storage conditions after delivery. For product integrity and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products once they have left our controlled fulfillment process.

This policy helps protect the quality, consistency, and reliability of the products we provide to research customers.

Refunds and Customer Support

Although we do not accept returns, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your order or believe there is a problem with your shipment, please contact our support team.

We will review your concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement, store credit, refund consideration, or another appropriate solution in accordance with our policies.

Product Handling After Delivery

Once an order is delivered, customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of the products. Please review any product-specific storage instructions, documentation, or Certificate of Analysis details where available.

Biotech Peptide is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage, heat exposure, light exposure, delayed pickup, mishandling after delivery, or failure to follow recommended storage conditions.
